How to shop

We have tips for you on how to easily go through the entire process from selecting goods to ordering them.

Cart

  • To add goods to the cart, use the Add to Cart button.
  • In the cart, you will clearly see in one place everything you have put into it – the exact name of the goods, availability, number of pieces (you can change it at will) and the total price with VAT.
  • You will see the complete contents of the basket whenever you put goods in it or if you click on the menu item “Cart”.

Login

You can log in as:

  • New customer, if you are shopping with us for the first time – register and continue ordering. You can also register during the purchase on the cash register page.
  • Registered customer, if you have already bought and registered with us. Fill in the name and password and continue with the order. If you have forgotten your password, we will send it to the e-mail address under which you registered.

The e-mail is used for all communication regarding your order, so it is necessary to fill it in. Your telephone number is required to communicate with the carrier upon delivery of the shipment. You can find all the details about your account and an overview of already executed orders in the menu on the “My Account” tab.

Shipping and payment

According to the input of your data, we will find the most suitable type of transport to your address. We will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail and you will also receive the total value of the order, including delivery costs, as well as our bank details for the payment.

Summary and submission of the order

A complete summary is available to you before you submit your order. If all data is in order, confirm your agreement with the Terms and Conditions by checking the box and complete the order by pressing the Order button.

Good to know

  • You will be informed by e-mail about each step in the processing of your order. At all times, you have a perfect overview of what is happening with your order and when you can expect delivery of the selected goods. If you wish to change, cancel or cancel the entire order in the order, contact the customer service.
  • The seller reserves the right to cancel the order for goods marked with the term “Currently unavailable” if the goods can no longer be delivered or if its price has changed significantly. Of course, you will be informed of such a situation if it occurs. If the order has already been paid, we will refund your account.
