Our goal is to deliver books intact to you as soon as possible. If the shipment was not delivered to you or there was another problem, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Depending on the country to which we are delivering the shipment, we must first find out the shipping price. After receiving your order, we will email you shipping options to your address and costs, so you can decide on the optimal delivery option.

Due to the limitation of max. package weight, a maximum of 15 books can be ordered per order. The price of transport also includes costs associated with the packaging of goods. The price is derived from the weight of the shipment.

Payment is only possible in advance, by a bank transfer to our Euro bank account in the bank based in the Czech Republic.

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Use SEPA bank transfer – payment in euros (€) within the eurozone and CH – usually free or very small fees. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
